ABOUT ME
Having just turned 50, I wanted a new direction and challenge, so gained my level 3 PT qualification, ready to turn my passion for health and fitness into a career. I understand how hard it can be to take that first step on your fitness journey, and I will offer support and encouragement to help you achieve your goals. I am passionate about ensuring women can continue to feel strong and healthy throughout their lives.
BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU...
Your journey begins with a free consultation where you can tell me all about you and what you want to achieve. We will work together to empower you to become a fitter and healthier version of yourself, using a combination of nutritional advice and a training programme tailored to meet your individual needs. Whatever you goal, whether it's to be able to keep up with your children or grandchildren, be strong enough to carry your own suitcase, lose a bit of weight or to be fit and healthy into old age, I can help you.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
60 minutes of individual training, tailored to meet your needs and goals. Be prepared to be challenged- you'll achieve more than you thought possible.

BUDDY TRAINING
It can be really motivating and good fun to train with a friend! Don't worry if you are at different fitness abilities, you can work at your own level.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR TRAINING SPACES
Train in a totally private garden studio space. I aim to create a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment for you to exercise in no matter what your starting point.

I have had several training sessions with Kathryn and it's been the best decision I've ever made. All training exercises are appropriately catered to me, and Kathryn pushes me to a level I thought that I was unable to achieve. I notice after each session I feel more confident within myself and I look forward to my next session. Kathryn also looked into my diet and offered advice on what foods / bad habits to decrease, this I found very helpful as I learned things about nutrition I did not know previously which has aided me in my daily life. She was highly motivating and has put me on the right path to continue my fitness journey.
